Shark Park quiet but some positive signs for sardines

The teams at Shark Park had a quiet day but conditions have improved to 12m visibility and 23 ceslius water temperature.
We head off to try to crack the code on the Mullet Run on Sunday so hopefully lots to report from that front during the week that we are there.
The news just in from the Sharksboard flight yesterday indicated 1000 gannets off Coffee Bay. Approximately 500 gannets off Kei Mouth and some concentrated gannets diving off the East London harbour. Although this is not the mass of activity that would have us excited it is at least more positive than a week ago. Perhaps things are on the move.
