Shark Park returning to normal but no news on Mullet

The team returned from Shark Park after a good day. See the report at http://sharkparksa.blogspot.com . We are eagerly awaiting information from St. lucia and Kosi Bay on the Mullet. So far the build up has been quite slowand it is not even sure that anything will happen this early in the cycle.

The corridor of water that was open for the Sardines to move into north of East London has closed down and receded to just north of Port Elizabeth. The current was very strong ahead of this and the water temperature too warm for the sardines. This is quite normal and we should see the pathway opening later in the week togive the sardines another chance to move forward tothe next staging area.
